On the back of what has been a big year for the Dai Pritchard Band they are set to kick it up a notch with the release of their long awaited Debut Album “Killin’Time’. Recorded and co-produced with Mark Tinson ( Ted Mulry Gang, Swanee), at Impromptu Studios in Newcastle NSW. This album has a collection of some of the most requested original songs from the bands extensive original catalogue featuring Jon Fox on Drums, Dave Clews on Bass and Ammiel Warner on keys.

Dai Pritchard best known for his incredible slide and exceptional guitar skills, having worked for 8 years in the “Billy Thorpe Band” before receiving a personal request by the late “Pete Wells” of “Rose Tattoo” to continue the story of taking his place as a full time member of the iconic Australian Rock band in 2004. With numerous European tours and legendary festivals such as Wacken, Germany & Donnington, England under his belt Dai continues to raise the bar.

An invited performance by “Slash” himself on his Australian leg of his World Tour, saw Dai in a guitar duel on stage with the legendary guitarist at “Hisense Arena, Melbourne in 2012. “Slash” paying tribute to one of his favourtie bands “Rose Tattoo” and personally admiring Dai’s incredible style.

With the debut album’s official launch due on 11th September at Frankies, 50 Hunter Street, Sydney, this will be a night of who’s who in the industry coming to share the celebration of this release and a chance for Dai to showcase his exceptional, guitar laden original tunes to his growing legion of fans.
